We do require a security deposit of $300, plus you are responsible for your own electric (some of our sites are billed on a residential rate).

We do require a security deposit of $300, plus you are responsible for your own electric. Site can be used 2-3 days a week, holidays, plus up to 2 continuous-week stays.
